Dressher is a search tool. We show you clothes from shops you choose and send you to those shops to buy. We do not sell clothes, hold any stock, take payment or ship anything. Using the site means you accept what is on this page.

What you are buying, and from whom

Every purchase is between you and the shop. Their terms, their prices, their delivery, their returns, their customer service. If an order goes wrong, the shop is who can fix it. We cannot cancel, change, refund or track an order.

Prices and sizes may be wrong

We copy what the shops publish and refresh it every few hours, so what you see here can be out of date, and a shop can change a price or sell out at any moment. The shop's own page is always the truth. Check it before you buy. We do not promise that anything here is accurate, complete or in stock, and we cannot honour a price shown on Dressher.

Brand names and photographs

The shops' names, logos and photographs belong to them. They appear here to help you find their clothes and to send you to their websites. Dressher is not owned by, endorsed by or affiliated with any of the shops it searches, except where we say we earn a commission. If you are a brand and want to be removed, write to hello@shopdressher.com and we will take you out.

Your account

You can use Dressher without one. If you make one, keep your password to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you. You must be 13 or older. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time, from the account panel.

Adding shops

Anyone can add a shop by pasting its address. Add real shops. Do not use it to point the site at anything illegal, malicious or not a shop. We can remove any shop from the list for any reason.

Fair use

Please do not attack the site, break into it, copy the whole catalogue automatically, resell what is here, or use it to spam. We may block anyone doing those things.

It comes as it is

Dressher is provided as it is, with no promises of any kind, including that it will be available, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, Station Automations Group LLC is not liable for any loss arising from using the site or from anything you buy through it, and if we are found liable anyway, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months or one hundred US dollars.

Some places do not allow those limits. Where that is true, they do not apply to you.

Paid features

Dressher is free today. If we introduce a paid plan, its price, what it includes and how to cancel will be shown clearly before you are charged, and you will be able to cancel at any time.

Text messages

Dressher alerts are text messages you can ask for at the end of the first-run questions, by ticking Text me too and giving a US mobile number. They are reminders before an event you told us about and alerts when pieces in your size go on sale. Message frequency varies, and is usually no more than a few a week around an event. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Reply STOP to any message to stop them, and HELP for help, or write to hello@shopdressher.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texting starts once our number is approved by the carriers; until then nothing is sent.

Stopping

You can stop using Dressher whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we may change or shut down the site.

Changes to these terms

If we change them we will change the date at the top, and say so plainly on the site if the change matters.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute belongs to the state or federal courts in Harris County, Texas.
